Nonprofit Affiliate (NPA) Reports

After you register your nonprofit with Karma411, there are a number of reports available to you. These reports are password protected and only available to the administrator of the NPA page. The reports include:

Demographics
The demographics report provides a high level overview of all of the donations to your nonprofit including the total number of donors, the total amount of donations, as well as how many members have listed your nonprofit as a "Favorite Nonprofit." There is also a geographic breakdown showing where donations originated.
Donations
The donations report provides granular reporting on each donation. You can search donations by date and build your own customized report. You can also view notes that donors wrote when making their donation.
Campaigns
A nonprofit may have multiple campaigns running at one time. This report shows who is running each campaign and the campaign status.

There are two additional features available to NPA administrators. You can create your own personalized receipt message that each donor will receive from the site. You can add your own personal note and thank you. You also have the option to add and remove additional administrators to the NPA reports.
